It’s easy to join the Fallbrook Wellness Directory.
Follow these two steps to sign up and add your listing to the directory:
Review the four package options below, and click to purchase the option that works best for you. You will complete your purchase securely with your PayPal account or your credit card.
After completing your purchase, click the link on the PayPal screen to “return to Fallbrook Wellness Directory.”
Check the inbox of the email account that you entered while making your payment. You will receive a payment confirmation email, and after a few minutes you will receive an email with a link to follow to complete your registration. Click the link to open the page (shown at right) where you will create your own user name and password for your membership on the website.
When you click the “Register” button you will be added as a member, and you will be taken to the home page. Log in by clicking the “Provider Login/Logout” link on the blue bar across the top of the page. Proceed to complete Step 2.
Log in with your new Username and Password to create your FWD Provider Directory listing: 1. To log in, click on the “Provider Login/Logout” link on the blue bar (at the top right of the page). 2. When you are logged in, you will see the black menu bar is now at the top of the page. To create or edit your listing, click on the “Edit my directory listing” link (top right corner). This will open your listing form in the “dashboard” where you will provide all the information to complete your listing. Edit your form as completely as possible. Then click on the blue “Add” button on the right (if this is not your first time editing the listing, this button will say “Update”) to save your listing. 3. When you are finished editing, click on the link at the top left corner “Fallbrook Wellness Directory” to return to the home page of the website. Your new listing will now be available in the Provider List. To view the list, click on the “Directory of Providers” link on the main menu.
