For centuries, the Chinese have stayed mentally and physically fit by practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong (energy work).  They improve and maintain their mental health, physical health, balance, and strength by regularly performing the slow, dance-like movements and controlled breathing of these ancient arts, often in the fresh air outdoors.

I have incorporated the movement language of Tai Chi into an exercise program that is easy to do and doesn’t involve the memorization of complex patterns or repetitious drills that are characteristic of the traditional training in martial arts and classical ballet that I have had. The Tai Chi exercises are supplemented with Qi Gong Relaxation Therapy for mental focus and stress relief.

I am a member in good standing of NAMASTA, the North American Studio Alliance, which is a professional organization of mind-body health workers, and each year I host a World Tai Chi and Qi Gong day on the last Saturday in April at the Fallbrook Community Center.

I have benefitted greatly from the daily practice of Tai Chi and Qi Gong that have been part of my life for several years, and I now offer you an opportunity to improve all aspects of your life by making it a part of yours.  All you have to do is drop out of the rat race for forty-five minutes to relax and breath!
